Patron-in Chief
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq is the Patron in Chief of the Young Parliamentarians Forum. YPF strongly believes that the delegation of authority leads to informed and responsible decisions therefore various tasks are assigned to sub committees which deal with specific subjects. YPF is headed by a representative Executive Council.

About us
YPF is a Parliamentary forum, established in 2003 in the Parliament of Pakistan with the purpose to assist Young Parliamentarians who are under the age of 45, to develop a strong culture of responsible political leadership in the country.
In the current Parliamentary term, the forum comprises around 138 parliamentarians from upper and lower House.
The affairs of YPF run through its Board which includes President, Vice President, Secretary General, Secretary Finance, Information Secretary, Joint Secretary.
It serves as a platform of young legislators for sharing and developing ideas, improving legislative and leadership skills, forming inter-regional and inter-party networks and working on mutual areas of interest.Â
Our Mission
The purpose of this forum is to help young legislators understand key issues, and to provide them with knowledge and skills to be better lawmakers
The YPF envisions to provide young legislators with the leadership skills to act as a catalyst for strengthening Pakistan’s political system and pioneer meaningful reforms.
YPF is a natural representative of country’s vibrant, progressive and pluralistic youth that cherishes to make Pakistan a welfare state.Â

MAKING YPF A GLOBAL INITIATIVE A key aspect of YPF is to interact with the young parliamentarians of other countries in order to unveil new horizons of cooperation through parliamentary diplomacy. The idea is to interact with elected representatives and enhance people to people contact;
A one day session of YPF in collaboration with Shaoor Foundation for Education and Awareness (SFEA) with regards to Democratic Responsibilities of Youth Youth in Parliament is going to be held on Monday Feb 13,2023 at GCU Lahore.
