YPF Secretariat

Following the constitutional amendment in Article (2) of the YPF’s Constitution on June 23,2023 and keeping in mind the sustainability of YPF it was agreed that the Secretariat of YPF will be shifted from Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services(PIPS) to the National Assembly of Pakistan under the Umbrella of the Special Initiatives(SI) Wing of the NA Secretariat.

The provision of an efficient and effective Secretariat for YPF is the key to enabling the forum to prosper and develop. The YPF Secretariat will not only provide the Secretariat Assistance to the forum but will also retain an institutional memory of YPF, which is particularly important following general elections when new members of Parliament are sworn in. The YPF Secretariat will contribute to re-constituting the new YPF following each general elections.
